As I have not had a chance to fully compile the list of every Small Claims Court in the United States yet, please visit this list until such time. When I get my list fully compiled in the next week, I shall be including a lot of extra data such as links to the applicable court rules and which courts allow the filing of claims online as mine does.

Law Firm. These folks help you in Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) compliance. If you have received calls/letters from collectors, you may wish to consider contacting them. |

Free resource on how to stop e-mail spam. A fellow Californian, Dan has a bucketload of resources for going after spammers. |
| Scotch Spam! |
Free resource on how to stop e-mail spam. Similar to Dan Hates Spam, this gentleman in the U.K. shows you how to use EU laws to go after spammers. |

Not a free resource, but has excellent information to help you with your TCPA cases (especially case law). |

I have spoken with Eric at length regarding FDCPA (debt collections) issues. He is one of the few experts out there who is on your side. I heartily recommend that you contact him if you are being hassled by debt collectors (even if they are erroneously calling you instead of the guy who used to have your number). |
