! As I have not had a chance to fully compile the list of every Small Claims Court in the United States yet, please visit this list until such time. When I get my list fully compiled in the next week, I shall be including a lot of extra data such as links to the applicable court rules and which courts allow the filing of claims online as mine does.
I shall be creating and adding tools over the final few weeks of February 2007. Please check back or send me an email (the Contact link above) and I shall let you know as they are added.

| Telemarketing Call Sheet |
This PDF form has a synopsis of what you should do when you receive a call as well as fields in which to hand-write the specifics about a telemarketing call when it comes in. Print a few of these out and place them by the telephone. These are perfect for evidence when you take the talemarketing company to court! |

| WhoCalled.us |
An excellent resource for tracking down unknown numbers on Caller ID. I personally have utilized this resource several times. |
| 800notes |
Similar resource to WhoCalled.us. I have not utilized their resources as of yet. |
| Fax Recovery Systems |
Not a free resource. They help you take back your fax line from the Junk Faxes. |
| Collection Stopper |
Law Firm. These folks help you in Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) compliance. If you have received calls/letters from collectors, you may wish to consider contacting them. |
| Dan Hates Spam |
Free resource on how to stop e-mail spam. A fellow Californian, Dan has a bucketload of resources for going after spammers. |
| Scotch Spam! |
Free resource on how to stop e-mail spam. Similar to Dan Hates Spam, this gentleman in the U.K. shows you how to use EU laws to go after spammers. |
| TCPALaw |
Not a free resource, but has excellent information to help you with your TCPA cases (especially case law). |
| Attorney (FDCPA): Eric Fagan |
I have spoken with Eric at length regarding FDCPA (debt collections) issues. He is one of the few experts out there who is on your side. I heartily recommend that you contact him if you are being hassled by debt collectors (even if they are erroneously calling you instead of the guy who used to have your number). |
